Notice of Intent: Specialized Clinical Laboratory Testing Services. (75N98026Q01207) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Mayo Collaborative Services Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with Mayo Collaborative Services Inc. for the acquisition of Specialized Clinical Laboratory Testing Services. Mayo Collaborative Services, Inc. is the only source that can provide the required combination of specialized testing capabilities, established diagnostic methodologies, expert clinical interpretation, consultation, and coordinated follow-up testing as an integrated service.
