Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete project 556-24-113 Oil Transformer and Switch Enclosure Upgrades at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. This project is for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully-functional project, including replacing medium voltage oil-filled transformers that serve the following buildings on the James A. Lovell FHCC campus: 1, 3, 9, 11, 66, 137 and 187. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contact Opportunities. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package.
