Naval Medical Research Unit South in Lima, Peru has a requirement for conducting the study entitled �Malaria and vector borne disease surveillance in the Colombia/Venezuela border�. If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU South intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) to THE ADMINISTRATORS OF TULANE EDUCATIONAL FUND. Thru Market Research the Government identified that while these services can be procured independently on the Open Market, only the administrators of tulane educational fund is the only vendor that can support the requirement in its entirety as mandated by the study.
