This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QL0000077 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40M. The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
