Notice of Intent to Award to a Single Source - University of Illinois School of Chemical Sciences K101 and K110 pellets This is a Notice of Intent (NOI), not a request for proposal. The National Institutes of Health Office of the Director Office of Acquisitions intends to negotiate on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis with the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, School of Chemical Sciences, 505 S. Mathews, Urbana, IL 61801, USA for a requirement of the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD). NIDCD needs slow-release of study compounds K101 and K110 in pellets that achieve superior steady-state release for 90-day study periods. It is critical to the ongoing studies that the exceptionally even release of study compound in the University of Illinois product not be varied by introducing a new supplier.
