U--TRAINING - TWISP RIVER STAFF RIDE

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, intends to negotiate with only one source, OMNA International, LLC, 8305 Broadmore Lane, Suite 1903, Spotsylvania, VA 22553 for Labor, Supplies, and Travel to facilitate leadership staff ride of the Twisp River Fire for the United States Wildland Fire Service (USWFS) with 2 groups of 35 participants. This action is authorized by and in accordance with FAR 6.302.1. The Government believes that the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency�s requirement is OMNA International, LLC. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The estimated value of this acquisition is $29,320.00. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued, and no response will be made to letters or telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation.
