The purpose of amendment 36C24226Q0690_1 is to correct SAM.gov's Offers Due date to match block 8. OFFER DUE DATE on the SF1449 for this RFQ. The correct due-date for offers is listed on the SF 1449 in block 8. Their are otherwise no changes to the RFQ or SF1449 as a result of this amendment. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO2), on behalf of the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) in the Bronx, NY, has a need for one Full-Time Equivalent (1.0 FTE) interventional radiology (IR) physician to provide onsite and on-call nonpersonal healthcare services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
