1. Synopsis This synopsis is in accordance with FAR Part 5, is a Notice of Intent to award a contract action to Sword Health, Inc.. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Background The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a need to deliver convenient, clinically effective physical therapy services to active duty servicemembers and their families, anytime, and anywhere.
