NOTE: ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. Vendor submitting quote must be an authorized reseller and Letter of Authorization must be submitted with the quote. If not, the quote will not be reviewed and deemed unacceptable.
