This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA820126Q0026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ISWM, municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and recycling services at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) and Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah (LM) This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
