Page 2 of 2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE ALBANY VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 113 HOLLAND AVE, ALBANY, NY 12208 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT APRIL 1, 2026, FOR THE ALBANY VAMC A WING FAÇADE REPAIR PROJECT. The Albany VAMC is requesting a contract to provide all labor and materials to repair parts of the A wing with some minor work at the wing/Core interface as well as work at the B wing Chapel. The Scope of Work includes: Repair/replacement of brick parapets and associated drainage. Selective roof repair that is to be performed in conjunction with the repair/replacement of other items. Remove/reinstall lightning protection cabling. Repair/replace roof equipment and supports. Repointing of brick and stone. Replacement of joint and window sealant.
