Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor Maintenance Dredging and Revetted Mole Repair, Haleiwa, Oahu, Hawaii
This PRESOLICITATION NOTICE is posted in accordance with RFO Subpart 5.1. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District hereby announces its intent to issue an unrestricted solicitation for a Design-Bid-Build construction project entitled, �Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor Maintenance Dredging and Revetted Mole Repair, Haleiwa, Oahu, Hawaii.� The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract utilizing Sealed Bidding procedures prescribed at RFO Part 14. Project Description: Conduct maintenance dredging by mechanical clamshell dredge to remove shoaled material within the harbor Federal limits that have accumulated over time. Maintenance dredging is needed to restore Haleiwa Harbor to its authorized depths [-12 ft Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW)] and ensure continued safe vessel navigation.
