This is a notification that the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Drum, intends to award a single-source Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR 6.302, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements� to Charter Communications Operating LLC, DBA Spectrum. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a small business size of 1,500 employees. The Government requires business class wired Cable television (CATV) services IAW AR 25-1 for appropriated funds activities. Spectrum is the only known provider to the Fort Drum geographical area based on previous acquisitions and market research made through the NYS Public Service commission website.
