The federal Judiciary is procuring treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a Sex Offense Treatment Provider in the Statesboro, Georgia catchment area which includes Bulloch, Screven, Jenkins, Emanuel, Candler, and Evans counties. Interested providers are encouraged to visit https://www.gasp.uscourts.gov/currentrfps-0 for current all current active Requests for Proposals including this solicitation. Specific requirements are noted within each RFP as well as where to submit proposals to by the deadline of September 18, 2026, at 4:00pm EST.
