Pre-Solicitation Notice NAICS: 237990 � High-Speed Vibratory Compactor M67854-26-R-5314 This Pre-solicitation Notice is being posted in advance of the Solicitation. No. M67854-26-R-5314 for the High-Speed Vibratory Compactors (HSVC). The forthcoming solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition. Information contained in this notice is subject to change. No proposals are being requested at this time. The Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC), Program Manager Combat Support Systems (PM CSS), Product Manager Engineer Systems (PdM ES) anticipates acquiring High-Speed Vibratory Compactor (HSVCs) and other accessories which include modifications, spare part kits, break-in kits, and preventative and maintenance services.
