Requirement Summary: This RFP is Best Value, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, LPTA. is an unrestricted, brand name commercial acquisition for one complete Hach wastewater process instrumentation package at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price turnkey contract. The successful contractor will furnish the specified genuine Hach sensors, controllers, accessories, mounting components, WarrantyPlus service coverage, and related materials, and will perform or manage the complete installation, integration, manufacturer startup, calibration, testing, training, warranty activation, documentation, and final turnover required for an operational system. Competition is unrestricted as to business size. The brand name restriction applies to the specified Hach products and Hach service coverage.
