THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FOR AVAILABLE COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE OR FOR SALE IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. This is an Announcement for Proposals (AFP) seeking proposals from Offerors (herein, �Offeror(s)�) for the acquisition of commercial office space for purchase or lease within the District of Columbia. This AFP sets forth the requirements of NASA, instructions for submitting proposals, and the criteria for NASA�s evaluation of proposals and selection of an awardee. Responses conforming to the AFP requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the Factors set forth herein to select an Offeror for award.
