Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) April 15, 2026 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Initial Outfitting Transition and Activation (IOTA) Services for the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System American Lake VA Medical Center 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to solicit quotes to provide non-personal IOTA Services for the new American Lake VA Medical Center. This requirement supports VHA's mission by providing contractor services to help support the activation.
