Notice of Intent to Sole Source This is a Special Pre-Solicitation Notice for a prospective Fiscal Year 2026 Sole Source Award. This is not a Solicitation. The Veteran s Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction - Office of Research and Development, Regional Procurement Office East headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate a sole source award to STERLING MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS LLC, (with address 4086 Dunleavy CT, Dublin, OH 43016-7709) for Editorial Review & Technical Assistance Services that will focus on the VA Los Angeles Research Department s requirements. These services have been provided to this juncture by this Contractor in previous contracts. All necessary Office of Research & Development (ORD) and other approvals have been obtained for this procurement.
