PMI Tow Cable Connector Re-termination Effort

Amendment 1: Extending deadline to Thursday 9/17, 14:00. Also updating CMMC level requirement to Level 2 Self. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The basis for the sole source is that only PMI Industries can meet the Government�s schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs as it is currently the only qualified supplier that can meet the Government�s minimum requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order on a sole source basis for PMI connector reterminations that meets our requirements in the attached RFQ.
