Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the installation of office furniture on the 4th floor of the Chancery. This solicitation is open exclusively to local vendors located in Bangkok, Thailand. If you are a Thailand-based vendor interested in submitting a quotation, please follow the instructions provided in Section J of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached documents, and submit your quotation to the address specified on the Standard Form accompanying this letter. The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
