1. Description of Requirement The 127th MXS has a requirement for the procurement of specialized, handheld aviation diagnostic test sets. These commercial items are essential for flight-line and hangar-level testing, troubleshooting, and fault-location of aircraft electrical wiring, coaxial RF cables, and fiber optic communication networks.
