Statement of Work (SOW): Maintenance & Motor Retrofit (Final Version) Project: Refurbishment of 104 Integrated Venetian Blinds Location: Office Building � Bern, Switzerland System Type: Warema Type 1.16/25/35.07 (24v motor) inside WICONA WICLINE Aluminum Composite Windows 1. Project Objective The contractor shall provide a turnkey solution for the inspection, repair, and motor retrofit of 104 integrated venetian blinds. The objective is to restore 100% motorized functionality while maintaining the thermal, acoustic, and aesthetic integrity of the WICONA window units. 2.
