Colchester Lathe maintenance at USCG Base Boston located at 427 Commercial St, Boston, MA. 02109 Introduction The United States Coast Guard is issuing this Open Market Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish an award in support of the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR 19.5.01 as a small business set-aside.
