This special notice is to inform vendors that a Call for Solutions for Project Manager Electromagnetic Warfare & Collection (PM EW&C) Rapid Electromagnetic Warfare & Signals Intelligence (REWSI) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) was released on 22 April 2026 via the VULCAN portal https://vulcan-sof.com seeking commercially available technologies. Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) is seeking interested vendors with commercially available solutions through the Army Open Solicitation Commercial Solution Opening (CSO) Call for Solutions for Project Manager Electromagnetic Warfare & Collection (PM EW&C) to meet the Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Characteristics of Need (CoN) requirements.
