National Security Space Launch (NSSL) Enterprise Payload Processing Management (EPPM) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information

This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) notice and Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Payload Processing Management (EPPM). A. Overview Space Access is transitioning to a centralized management model to optimize the use of limited payload processing capacity, and increased schedule insight for commercial PPFs across NSS, civil, and commercial missions. This effort, EPPM, will transition from the ad hoc approach where individual System Program Offices (SPOs) and their SV contractors procure PPF services to a centralized approach where Space Access will schedule and procure PPF services for the USSF SV SPOs. The Government requests a comprehensive review and feedback to the Draft RFP solicitation as well as the Request for Information questions. B.
