Notice of Intent - Sole Source - AyData (DICONDE software)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with AyData for annual renewal of DICONDE archive software and maintenance. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Standard is 34 million dollars. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular.
