Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this special notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA to secure services for hand thinning/slashing and hand piling treatments on the Wallowa Valley Ranger District of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest.
