Feedback from industry may be incorporated into the final RFQ and Solicitation documents. The official IMSB Solicitation and RFQ will be posted once industry comments have been evaluated and incorporated as necessary. Instructions for providing feedback via ProjNet are provided as a separate document within this posting. Feedback is due at 1200 CDT on 23 September 2026.
