The 414TH Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), located in Vicenza, Italy intends to negotiate and award a sole-source modification to increase the shared maximum ordering ceiling of the AE Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) CLIN 0001 (Unrestricted). The affected Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts are: W912PF22D0001 (AI&P) W912PF22D0002 (A.I.C.E) W912PF22D0003 (SO.IN.CI) W912PF22D0004 (O.K. DESIGN) Description of Action: The Government intends to increase the CLIN 0001 shared maximum ordering ceiling by $700,000.00 from $6,000.000 to $6,700,000.00. This modification is necessary to address an unanticipated surge in AE requirements to support USAG-Italy deteriorating infrastructure. This action increases only the contract ceiling capacity and does not extend the current ordering period, which concludes on 9 February 2027, nor does it alter the scope of the base contracts.
