Request for Information - Cast Cure and Melt Pour Loaded Warheads

DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, on behalf of the Project Lead Joint Services, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is seeking feedback from industry on Continental United States (CONUS) sources and information for the existing capability to manufacture cast cure loaded warheads and melt pour loaded warheads weighing between one (1) to five (5) pounds. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: The Government is requesting information from all interested CONUS sources having relevant High Explosive (HE) cast cure and melt pour loading capabilities and experience to produce warheads ranging between three (3) to four (4) inches in diameter and at rates to deliver between 10,000 and 100,000 per year. Respondents shall describe their prior experience, their existing facility, existing equipment (i.e. melt kettles, cast cure kettle, energetic machining equipment) and personnel.
