*Notice ID updated to W9123826QA025* The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) intends to solicit multiple offers for Quality Assurance (QA) Testing for its area of responsibility (AOR). The QA laboratory testing included in this solicitation will be available for all civil, military, and Veteran�s Affair sites within SPK�s AOR. SPK�s AOR is divided into five regions: Utah, Nevada, Northern California, California Bay Area & Stockton-Modesto, and Central Coast & Southern Valley Region. See attachment 1: Maps. The issued agreements under this procurement will be commercial, performance based, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541380 Testing Laboratory, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M.
