Repair Airfield Lighting System Volk Field CRTC

The Wisconsin National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for commercial construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Repair Airfield Lighting System at Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Camp Douglas, WI 54618. In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and standard commercial practices, the Contracting Officer has determined that these construction services are commercial in nature. Consequently, this procurement will be executed using the streamlined procedures of FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 15 (Negotiated Contracting). The contract duration will be 510 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000.
