SOLICITATION FOR RESTRICTED COMPETITION Nurse Telephone Triage/Nurse Advice Line Services Solicitation Number: ACQ-I.H.S.- 2026 � U- 01033 NAICS: 561320 � Temporary Help Services PSC: Q401- Medical � Nursing RESTRICTED COMPETITION The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), intends to award a commercial purchase order to provide Nurse Telephone Triage and/or Nurse Advice Line Services for continued analog telephone services at various locations within the Phoenix Area Office. This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to HHS FAR Class Deviation 2025-09, Amendment 2, which requires HHS contracting staff to follow the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12 model deviation text for acquisitions of commercial products and commercial services. Competition is restricted in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), Restricting Competition.
