Architect & Engineering Services, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award (A&E) Contracts needed for new construction, renovation, alteration and repairs required by Federal Prison Industries (FPI)

The Federal Prison Industries (FPI) intends to solicit and award a competitively negotiated Architect and Engineer (A&E) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Contract needed for new construction, renovation, alteration and repairs. The Architect and Engineer (A&E) shall furnish professional architectural, engineering, and related technical services, as specified herein, to the United States Government, Department of Justice, Federal Prison Industries (FPI). The resulting contracts will consist of a one?year base period and will include options for four additional one?year periods. All work performed under this contract shall pertain to projects located at FPI facilities within the contiguous United States.
