Request for Quotations No: W912LR26QA044 Date of Solicitation: 09 September 2026 Contracting Office: USPFO for Puerto Rico � Purchasing & Contracting Division The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) has a requirement for the USPFO-PR Furniture Lifecycle Replacement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation for commercial products and incidental services to obtain modern commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) modular office furniture to replace obsolete systems across designated areas in Buildings 540 and 541 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
