Subject: Solicitation # FA302026Q0117 � Portable UHF Radios This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA302026Q0117, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is for the acquisition of two portable, multi-band tactical software-defined radio (SDR) systems intended for ground-to-air voice communications at Sheppard AFB. The transceivers must be ruggedized to MIL-STD-810 standards, provide AES-256 encrypted communications, and be fully interoperable with both military and civilian aircraft radio networks.
