This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the acquisition of Airborne Recorder System that can provide High-Performance Computing (HPC) capabilities including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/synopsis.
