NIWTP Biosolids Sludge Dryer Alternative Building D/B

The USIBWC is issuing a Solicitation (negotiated) for the design and construction (design-build) of the Sludge Dryer Building within the USIBWC�s Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, in Rio Rico, Santa Cruz County, Arizona. This new building shall house the sludge dryer purchased for the plant. Description of the Work: work shall include work under a Based Bid and Two Options: The project includes: Design and construction of a new building to accommodate the sludge dryer system and associated equipment. Demolition of the existing belt filter presses and related polymer system components (excluding concrete foundations, overhead structure, and electrical motor control centers). Relocation of an existing three-sided metal structure. All associated site work, utilities, permitting, and commissioning to deliver a fully operational, code-compliant, and ready-to-use facility.
