Construction Services for Replace Siding on All Buildings at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, disposal, and incidentals necessary to replace the exterior siding on Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, and G at the New Hampshire Job Corps Center in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. As a firm-fixed price contract, the price shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to accomplish the construction required by the contract, including applicable customs duties, transportation to the site, storage, premiums for insurance and bonds required by the solicitation documents and/or the contract documents, permits, license and inspection fees, taxes, profit, overhead and all other items called for by the contract or otherwise necessary for performance of the contract.
