Madison VA Hospital is seeking Fiber Optic Cable with installation for the paging system upgrade and expansion. Provide, install, and test a dedicated, independent, underground fiber connection consisting of a 6-strand indoor/outdoor armored plenum single-mode (OS2) fiber optic cable, accessories, and installation to Bldgs. 4 and 12, a dedicated, independent, underground fiber connection consisting of a 6-strand indoor/outdoor plenum single-mode (OS2) fiber optic cable, accessories, and installation to Bldgs. 2, 5, 6, and 7 (materials except for SMURF Tubes furnished by the government (GFE)), and a dedicated, independent fiber connection consisting of a 18 or 24-strand indoor armored plenum single-mode (OS2) fiber optic cable(s), accessories, and installation from C-Wing Core (Rm. C-125) to the Penthouse. Fiber will be run using existing trenches/pathways (including those used by Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) and other fiber, where possible).
