- Site Visit: A site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. EDT on 9 September 2026. The site visit is not a solicitation question-and-answer session - Solicitation Questions/Requests for Information (RFIs): Submit all questions by email to Paul Ciabotti at paul.m.ciabotti.mil@army.mil and Eli O�Neal at eli.u.oneal.civ@army.mil no later than 10 September 2026.
