This requirement is set side aside and ONLY for the PCAC VISN 1 Construction MATOC IDIQ Pool The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a PCAC VISN 1 Construction MATOC Task Order for the Design Bid Build Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades (IU) Construction at the West Haven VA Medical Center.
