The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability and capability of qualified SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY for a design-bid-build construction project involving repair and rehabilitation of five tunnels along the Blue Ridge Parkway, from Park Milepost (MP) 336.85 to Park MP 465.69. The project consists of repair and rehabilitation of tunnels 135P, 148, 153P, 155P and 157P along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
