The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to ASES LLC, 6015 S. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73159 for Hangar Space for one (1) JPATS owned Boeing B737 series aircraft during inclement weather. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2026 � September 30, 2027. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of RFO Part 6.103-1(b). The approved sole source justification is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488119 � Other Airport Operations.
