The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to provide program management, instructional services, subject matter expert /curriculum development services, editorial services, multimedia expertise, instructional technology, administrative services, and student support services in support of the Marine Corps University (MCU) Center for Distance Education (CDET) Distance Professional Military Education (DPME) program Academic Support Services. This support is to be provided at the CDET Headquarters in Quantico, VA and mainly at the seven (7) regional Campus and office locations: ? MCB Quantico, VA, ? MCB Camp Lejeune, NC, ?
