NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLARIFICATION *** ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE: NOT AN AMENDMENT *** Solicitation #: 75R60226R00026-A1 Title: Evidence Reviews of Newborn Screening Genetic Conditions The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) is issuing this administrative clarification to all prospective offerors regarding Volume II: Past Performance Proposal Instructions. The Government wishes to remind all potential bidders of the flexible mechanisms built into Volume II: Alternative Reference Types: Per Page 5 of Attachment 2, offerors (specifically small businesses) who have not held relevant Federal prime contracts are explicitly permitted to submit past performance references from state/local governments, private sector clients, or Federal projects utilizing subcontractors.
