This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to provide the required products and/or services. The WRMS E&S requirement falls under Project Officer Wideband Control as part of its mission to acquire and install state-of-the-art strategic satellite network control and planning systems for use with the Defense Satellite Communications System and Wideband Global Satellite Communications (WGS), and to provide satellite monitoring in either synchronized Spectrum Information Gathering or In-beam monitoring modes. At its most basic level, the primary function of WRMS is to aid the user with the identification and resolution of anomalies detected by the system. Anomalies are presented to the user through the comparison of planned versus actual radio frequency measurement data.
