The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3750 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for five (5) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of Black River Blvd, Rome, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease.
