This solicitation is being issued as a total Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 337214. Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
